Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor

Location: Toronto, ON

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday to Saturday

Pay: Starting at Ontario minimum wage, based on experience $17.60

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to manage inventory, receiving, storage, and product distribution for our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect all supplier deliveries.

Verify quantity, weight, quality, and products against invoices before signing.

Record all inventory entries and outgoing products.

Prepare and control daily kitchen requisitions.

Track product transfers between restaurant locations and events.

Maintain accurate inventory and stock balances.

Check existing stock before requesting or approving new purchases.

Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

Monitor meat, produce, refrigerated products, and expiration dates.

Ensure proper FIFO inventory rotation.





Organize invoices and receiving documentation.

Maintain warehouse, refrigerators, shelves, and storage areas clean and organized.

Monitor cleaning supplies and other operational inventory.

Report shortages, damaged products, incorrect deliveries, or inventory discrepancies immediately.

Support weekly production planning based on stock levels and restaurant needs.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, inventory, receiving, or restaurant experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong organizational and basic math skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

Comfortable handling restaurant inventory and supplier deliveries.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
