Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, optimize inventory management, and ensure seamless supply chain processes. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across our warehouse facilities.

Duties

- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to track inventory levels, process orders, and generate reports.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee materials management, procurement, purchasing, and demand planning to meet operational needs efficiently.
- Coordinate with freight carriers, 3PL providers (Third-Party Logistics), and manage transportation schedules for timely deliveries.




- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment by conducting regular inspections and safety training.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400, and supply chain software such as demand planning tools.
- Hands-on experience with forklift operation and certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with materials management, freight logistics, procurement processes, and 3PL coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize warehouse distribution processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
