Join our growing team as a Warehouse Operator and play an important role in keeping our pet products organized and ready for distribution. In this hands-on position, you will support daily warehouse operations, including sorting, unpacking, repacking, labeling, order preparation, pallet organization, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Forklift experience is an asset, as the role includes moving and organizing pallets within the warehouse.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to develop their skills in warehouse operations, packaging, fulfillment, inventory control, and logistics within the pet products industry.

Responsibilities

Receive and organize incoming products and materials.

Unpack products from larger cartons or bulk packaging and separate them into smaller packages according to company requirements.

Repack and label products neatly and accurately for storage or distribution.

Prepare products for customer and retailer orders.

Pick, sort, and organize products according to order requirements.

Operate a forklift safely to move and organize pallets within the warehouse.

Organize pallets and maintain proper product placement and storage locations.

Assist with inventory counts and keep product quantities and locations organized.





Check products and packaging for damage, missing items, or discrepancies and report any issues.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, including maintaining clear aisles and properly arranging products, cartons, and pallets.

Follow company procedures for product handling, packaging, labeling, and warehouse safety.

Work closely with the warehouse and operations team to ensure products are prepared and organized efficiently.

Perform other general warehouse duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or similar experience is preferred.

Forklift experience and certification are an asset.

Experience with pallet organization and warehouse equipment.

Comfortable performing tasks such as unpacking, sorting, separating, repacking, labeling, and packing products.

Strong attention to detail when handling products, quantities, labels, and orders.

Positive organizational skills and the ability to keep the warehouse clean and orderly.

Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems is an asset.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support different warehouse tasks.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
