We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Burnaby.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will play an important role in keeping our warehouse operations running efficiently and accurately.

Your responsibilities will include

- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders and shipping documents
- Inspect incoming products for accuracy, damage, and discrepancies
- Accurately put away products into designated warehouse bin locations
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with shipping orders and ensure products are properly prepared for shipment
- Work closely with the Purchasing team to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records
- Complete replenishment of warehouse locations as required
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment
- Safely operate a stand-up counterbalance forklift when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and proper warehouse operating procedures
- Assist coworkers and other departments when additional support is required
- Take on additional warehouse projects and duties as assigned





What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team long term.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory control
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new procedures, systems, and responsibilities
- Ability to safely lift and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs
- RF scanner experience is an asset
- Forklift certification and stand-up counterbalance experience is an asset/requirement as applicable to the role
- First Aid Level 2 certification is an asset
