Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. Duties

- Supervise daily warehouse activities including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to maximize productivity
- Oversee inventory control processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as NetSuite or AS400 to maintain accurate stock levels
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline supply chain operations and improve overall efficiency
- Implement process improvements aimed at enhancing safety protocols, reducing waste, and increasing operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage forklift operations safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and certifications
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, inventory movements,



incident reports, and shift logs using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and specialized systems like warehouse management software
- Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in a warehouse distribution environment with strong leadership skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and ERP systems (NetSuite)
- Knowledge of supply chain processes such as order picking, packaging, heavy lifting procedures, and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data analysis and process optimization
- Robust communication skills for effective team management and customer service interactions
- Experience operating forklifts safely with valid certification preferred; willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced workplace

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
