Join NAPA Moncton as a Warehouse Process and Systems Specialist, focused on enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires you to identify and address operational challenges by analyzing data and implementing effective solutions.
You'll also document standard operating procedures (SOP) and ensure the Warehouse Management System (WMS) supports daily operations effectively. Training and advising staff will be key aspects of maintaining high-performance metrics. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement cost and performance improvements
- Analyze needs and suggest system solutions
- Maintain effective 5S practices at the facility
- Generate reports on productivity and quality
- Train DC staff and manage system changes Requirements:
- Administration, operations management, or engineering diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Bilingual French and English is advantageous
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems Drive operational excellence by enhancing processes and procedures at NAPA's Distribution Centre.
