Role Description The Warehouse Team Member is a full-time, on-site role located in Laval, QC. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and verifying incoming shipments, unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for packing and shipping. The role involves operating material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, to move, store, and load products safely and efficiently.

The Warehouse Team

Member ensures that products are accurately labeled, stored, and dispatched according to company standards and customer requirements.



This position also supports general warehouse upkeep, follows safety protocols, and collaborates with colleagues and supervisors to meet operational timelines.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Shipping & Receiving tasks, including checking, documenting, and organizing incoming and outgoing goods.
- Skills in Packing and Unloading, with attention to detail and safe handling of products and materials.
- Competence in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use, with a focus on safe and efficient movement of goods.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse organization practices.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, and moving materials throughout a shift.
- Strong reliability, time management, and teamwork skills; able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and willingness to adhere to all health and safety standards.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or material handling environment is an asset.
