This position consists of Water and Vac assignments, including pipeline projects throughout Western Canada. The successful candidate must be able to travel regularly and work a wide-ranging schedule, with shift rotations and assignments based on a 50-hour workweek plus overtime.

Applicants must have a minimum of three years of remote oil and gas driving experience and be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Preference will be given to local and Alberta-based applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive, operate, and perform Water and Vac duties as assigned
- Ensure health and safety is the number one priority by following all company policies, procedures, and safe work practices
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Assist with job site preparation and equipment staging
- Maintain and update driver's electronic logbooks
- Communicate with dispatchers and supervisors throughout the day
- Perform minor equipment repairs and coordinate maintenance with the mechanic team
What You Bring to Avenge:
- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 Driver's License with a clean 5-year driver's abstract
- Minimum 3 years of previous straight vac truck or water hauling experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Computer and mobile app experience for electronic forms, e-logs, and safety compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active Safety Certificates: First Aid, H2S Alive, ESC Fall Protection, ESC Confined Space, CSO, PCST, GD201 (Global or Aztec) certificates
- Ability to pass company and client drug and alcohol testing requirements
Working Conditions
