In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day facility management operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee vendor requests and work order dispatch
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Review and approve vendor quotes and invoices




• Maintain communication with clients on service issues
• Support continuous improvement in service management

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Facility Management or Vendor Management
• Excellent organizational and project planning skills
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI
• Good verbal and written communication abilities
• Capacity to work with minimal supervision
