As a Commercial Account Manager, you will manage all aspects of assigned client accounts, ensuring timely service on renewals and inquiries. Your focus will be on processing policy documentation, handling client communications, and supporting the Commercial Account Executives. This position requires a RIBO license and knowledge of commercial coverages to meet organizational standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely service to assigned clients on policy renewals
• Process all incoming correspondence related to client accounts




• Ensure accuracy and quality in policy documentation
• Manage policy changes and maintain coverage schedules
• Record claims transactions and manage accounts receivable

Requirements:
• RIBO license is mandatory
• 3-5 years of Commercial or Personal Lines experience
• Robust customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to remain current in assigned markets
