Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and environmental scans for policy development
• Develop evidence-based recommendations for management decisions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 7 years or Master’s with 5 years of experience
• Expertise in policy development or analysis

• Proven ability to evaluate complex issues and make recommendations
