In this role, your focus will be on delivering Level 1 technical support across IT infrastructure, ensuring user accounts are managed and providing direct assistance to end-users. You will also conduct desktop and networking changes, follow up on support requests, and address more complex issues with third-party vendors when required. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary diploma or experience in IT
• Minimum 2 years providing Level 1 technical support
• ITIL Foundation Certificate is a plus
• CompTIA A+ is preferred
• Microsoft Office Specialist certification is advantageous
