Business Analyst, Customer Technology Solutions

Work Location: 6080 Young Street, Halifax, NS (In office, 5 days per week) Department: Customer Technology Solutions Reports To: Manager, IT Projects

Employment Status: Full time, 40 hours per week

In this role, you'll support the delivery of technology initiatives that enhance how we support and serve our customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors, you'll help define requirements, improve processes, and deliver solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Analyst, your work will include:

Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.





Mapping and improving business processes and workflows.

Collaborating with key partners , project teams, and vendors to support technology initiatives.

Supporting Agile delivery teams through requirements refinement, planning, and solution design.

Developing test scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) .

Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experience.

Supporting solution implementation, adoption, and ongoing continuous improvement.
