Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and support health education initiatives
• Drive outreach activities in the Mobile Health Clinic
• Collaborate with diverse community groups effectively
• Facilitate access to integrated health services
• Collect and report data for program evaluation
Requirements:
• Degree in health or a related field
• 3-5 years of health promotion experience
• Class ‘G’ driver’s license and secure driving record
• Experience with harm reduction approaches
• Effective interpersonal and partnership skills
