Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair turf, agricultural, and CWP equipment
• Participate in required EDUCATE training programs
• Document service concerns and maintenance requests clearly




• Promote and sell service programs to customers
• Uphold safety regulations in every task performed

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of related service repair experience
• Robust mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical skills
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and computer functions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 75lbs repeatedly and operate equipment
