• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and contracts
• Administer UKG and enhance HRIS workflows
• Support employee surveys and performance initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years HR generalist experience in tech
• Strong analytical skills with compensation data
• Excellent time management and communication abilities
• Knowledge of OH&S;/WCB standards in BC
