Position Overview
TheAutomotive Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, settingsales goals, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring customersatisfaction. This role requires a blend of leadership, customer service, andsales expertise to achieve the dealership's sales objectives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor team performance and provide feedback andcoaching.
Set individual and team sales goals while conductingregular sales meeting and training sessions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction whileaddressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Manage inventory to ensure optimal selection ofvehicles.
Coordinate with the Finance department to ensuresmooth transactions.
Prepare sales reports and present them to seniormanagement.
Work closely with senior management to ensure theday-to-day success of the Sales department and sales teams.
Other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications Required
This role requires an active AMVIC license as wellas a Class 5 Drivers License with a clean abstract.
Previous experience in automotive management role is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales management software and CRMtools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused with a strong understanding ofcustomer service principles.
Experience with luxury brands preferred
