With at least three years in retail management, you’ll harness your skills in team building, customer interaction, and sales to create meaningful connections with customers. You will advocate for the YETI brand while ensuring a energetic store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive store profitability through effective operations
• Assist in defining daily sales goals and team communication




• Execute visual merchandising in line with brand standards
• Manage community events and drive engagement
• Teach team members to use new technology efficiently

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
• Experience with technology implementations
• Strong passion for outdoor lifestyles
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds
