You will be responsible for accurately preparing estimates using advanced tools like MeasureSquare, alongside interpreting blueprints. This is a permanent, full-time prospect within a vibrant team focused on success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct precise measure and take-offs of floor plans
• Collaborate with Builders for information and schedule updates
• Utilize MeasureSquare to input detailed estimation data




• Maintain the estimating database with relevant updates
• Provide mentorship to junior estimators in the team

Requirements:
• Proficient in estimating systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications
• Post-secondary education in related fields preferred
• Experience in construction estimation is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
