Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise winter maintenance shifts and activities
• Plan and organize resource allocation for tasks
• Ensure safety compliance in maintenance operations




• Lead and mentor junior staff in safety methods
• Conduct inspections on contractor performance

Requirements:
• High School Diploma is required
• At least three years of relevant industry experience
• Valid Ontario Class “DZ” Driver's License needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Robust analytical and communication skills
