In this role, you will support individuals experiencing barriers to housing through various tasks including assisting with moves, cleaning housing units, and collaborating with internal teams. Your work is guided by principles of cultural safety and trauma-informed care, ensuring equitable access to services for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with moving tasks and satisfaction
• Perform biohazard cleanup and removal
• Conduct basic vehicle maintenance and reporting
• Participate in team meetings to drive housing solutions
• Engage in light construction and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
• Understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act
• Experience with vulnerable populations preferred
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Non-judgmental and patient demeanor
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification required
