Reporting to the Housing Supervisor, you will guide clients towards achieving their housing goals through personalized plans and ongoing support. Your role is crucial in ensuring they access essential services and engage in community activities that enhance their well-being and stability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client connections for long-term housing
• Empower clients to advocate for themselves
• Attend and assist at client meetings
• Maintain clear communication within support networks
• Manage a caseload and document client progress

Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 1 year experience with marginalized populations
• Strong skills in conflict resolution and communication
• Reliable vehicle and driver’s insurance
