WestUrban Developments Ltd. is seeking a part-time Building Manager to join our Campbell River property management team. The role involves hands-on leadership for one residential building, autonomous work with some on-call coverage, and weekend scheduling.
You will manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance, and oversee contractors while ensuring safety and policy adherence. Versatile 16–24 hours weekly with on-call shifts and weekday rotation.
