Emburse is seeking knowledgeable Solution Advisors to support a portfolio of clients. In this customer-facing role, you will utilize your experience in technical consulting and relationship management to deliver tailored solutions. Engage with key stakeholders, guide optimization efforts, and manage diverse configurations to ensure customers achieve maximum value from their Emburse products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of ESA customers and offer product expertise
• Consult on product capabilities and configuration best practices
• Facilitate solution-design discussions with stakeholders
• Provide proactive guidance to enhance product adoption
• Support the resolution of complex customer issues
Requirements:
• Experience in customer-facing technical or consulting roles
• Background in configurable software platforms and financial management
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
