This position involves supporting residents with personal care, social engagement, and recreational activities in a home-like setting. You will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for residents while working collaboratively with the care team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and social support to residents
• Assist residents with participation in leisure activities
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to care protocols




• Foster a close working relationship with the interdisciplinary team
• Uphold residents' dignity, choice, and individuality

Requirements:
• Health Care Aide Certificate required
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a care facility preferred
• Fluent in English, French is an asset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to comply with vaccination policy
