Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive strategies for mentor recruitment
• Collaborate with community organizations to expand reach
• Facilitate training sessions on mentorship best practices
• Support effective mentor-mentee matching processes
• Organize outreach campaigns to engage new mentors
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields required
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Familiarity with anti-Black racism issues
• Program management and organizational skills needed
