Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate insurance portfolios for profitability
• Mentor junior underwriters and support their development

Requirements:
• University/College degree with a CIP designation
• Minimum 5 years of underwriting experience
• Additional CRM, FCIP designations preferred
• Solid analytical and communication skills
