Accurately count allcash and checks.
Examine sales recordsto identify the most profitable menu items.
Arrange cleaning andmaintenance services including trash removal, pest control,deep cleaning and equipment maintenance as required.
Requirements
High School Diplomaor GED.
Bachelor'sdegree in hotel and restaurant management,
foodservice management or related field ispreferred.
Food ProtectionManagement (FPMC) or Food Service Management (FMP)Professional Certification is beneficial.
Proven experienceworking in the restaurant industry.
Positive knowledge oflabor law as well as health and food safety regulations.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Exceptionalleadership and management skills.
Exceptionalcustomer service and communication skills.
Attention todetail.
Ability to standfor long periods of time.
