In this position, you will oversee the scheduling and execution of pre-closing inspections, focusing on area communities such as Breslau, Caledonia, and Brantford. A solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code and the Tarion guidelines will be essential as you collaborate closely with homeowners and the construction team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule pre-closing inspections in a timely manner
• Identify and report any deficiencies during inspections




• Lead homeowner interactions during Pre-Delivery Inspections
• Maintain organized records and files on site
• Assist onsite administration with various tasks

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a related field
• 2-3 years of related industry experience
• Familiarity with Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines
• Valid driver’s license (“G”) is necessary
• Experience in customer service is advantageous
