Providence Healthcare seeks an MDS Coordinator to lead and coordinate all aspects of the RAI (MDS/RAPs/RUGs) to ensure data accuracy and timely government reporting. You will collaborate with leadership, clinical educators and directors, supervise data entry staff, and continually refine assessment processes.
The role requires a Bachelor of Science in a clinical discipline, leadership or project management experience, and solid knowledge of interRAI/MDS, EPIC and Winrecs systems.
