In this role, you'll implement varied social and cultural activities while ensuring peak operational standards during your shifts. Your responsibilities encompass leading golf lessons, managing program schedules, and liaising with community groups to boost interest in activities. You'll also mentor part-time staff and oversee safety protocols effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage recreational and social programs
• Supervise evening operations and facility security
• Prepare and maintain program schedules and records




• Recruit and guide part time staff and volunteers
• Enforce rules and safety standards during events

Requirements:
• Two-year degree from a recognized Community College
• Relevant golf facility experience or certification
• Valid Driver’s License for British Columbia
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
