Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
• 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of fabrication and welding techniques
• Capable of reading engineering and fabrication drawings
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience preferred
