CIMCO Refrigeration is seeking a Purchasing Agent for a 6-month contract in Burlington, ON. This role combines purchasing, expediting, and technical support for our National Parts Centre.

As a Purchasing Agent, you will be critical in sourcing products and coordinating with vendors across North America. Your key responsibilities include providing accurate pricing and lead time quotations, checking material availability, and resolving inquiries. You will work in a quick-paced environment, supporting CIMCO's engineering and sales teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate pricing and lead time quotations
• Check material availability using the SAP inventory system
• Locate vendors and establish relationships




• Issue purchase orders and expedite deliveries
• Resolve technical inquiries and provide solutions

Requirements:
• Previous buying experience in an industrial environment
• Mechanical aptitude as a strong asset
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems
