In this six-month position, you will work on the 2N Medicine unit, reporting directly to the Manager. Your responsibilities will include assessing and planning individualized patient care in a multidisciplinary family-centered environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial as you collaborate effectively with patients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal patient care and perform physical assessments
• Administer medications and monitor intravenous therapies




• Set up and maintain medical equipment as needed
• Educate patients on care processes and expected outcomes
• Record and document patient interactions accurately

Requirements:
• Current RPN certification and diploma
• Minimum of 1 year experience in medical/surgical units
• Current BCLS/CPR certification
• Demonstrated skills in patient education and communication
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
