Become a Night Shift Shipper at IEM and engage in impactful work within the electrical distribution industry. This role involves pulling, packaging, and positioning products for efficient loading each morning.
As a Night Shift Shipper, you will report to the Shipping Manager while focusing on pulling afternoon-released products from production. You'll package these units according to IEM's standards, ensuring readiness for the following morning's operations. Your ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks will ensure smooth logistics while maintaining adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pull afternoon-released products from the production floor
• Document and package products per company standards
• Position completed units for morning loading
• Operate electric pallet jacks and Class 1 and Class 4 forklifts
• Comply with safety and production policies
Requirements:
• Forklift experience required (Class 1 and Class 4)
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs
• Attention to detail in packaging tasks
• Previous shipping experience is an asset
• Reliable transportation for night shifts
