Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments
• Develop and implement care plans
• Guide and supervise other nursing staff
• Foster communication with clients and families
• Support health maintenance initiatives
Requirements:
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Minimum one year of acute care experience
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
