The EP+ Balance of Plant program represents a strategic initiative to deliver turnkey mechanical and electrical installation services for water treatment projects. The Estimator will develop accurate cost estimates for balance of plant (BoP) scope on water treatment projects, supporting bid development and project planning through detailed analysis of labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.Job SummaryThe Estimator - EP+ Balance of Plant will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical and electrical balance of plant scope on water treatment projects. This role analyzes project requirements, develops cost models, and supports bid strategy development for EP+ projects. The Estimator will work closely with the EP+ Manager, Commercial Project Leads, and design teams to ensure accurate pricing, identify cost drivers, and support project profitability. This position requires strong technical knowledge of balance of plant systems, construction practices,
