About the Opportunity Own full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, from job postings and resume screening through offer letters, contracts, and recent hire orientation, while acting as the primary point of contact for employee relations and manager coaching
Administer performance management, benefits, and leave programs, including PIPs, probationary reviews, medical and parental leaves, and accommodation and return-to-work coordination
Maintain employee records and payroll-related updates, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and coordinate offboarding and terminations from documentation through final pay
About You An HR professional with progressive generalist experience who is comfortable owning the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through offboarding, with confidence handling sensitive employee relations matters
Strong working knowledge of employment standards, health and safety, and human rights legislation, with experience supporting workplace investigations and policy administration
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality while providing day-to-day guidance to managers and leadership
Pay Range $30 - $32 per hour
