Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and coach field crews and forepersons
• Assess daily operations and address workplace issues
• Monitor compliance with legal and quality standards




• Contribute to continuous improvement in processes
• Communicate operational challenges and updates effectively

Requirements:
• Journeyperson Certification or Technical Trade Certificate
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in industrial sectors
• Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
