This full-time role supports youth experiencing homelessness by providing diversion services and by connecting them with secure housing alternatives, case management, and shelter access when needed.
The position includes day and evening shifts (40 hours/week) with a focus on empathetic, client-centered care, collaboration with partners, and accurate documentation to support program
