Join Boardwalk as a Building Maintenance Specialist in Calgary’s Patrician Village. This role focuses on addressing maintenance requests, performing emergency repairs, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

We are seeking candidates with at least two years of maintenance service experience for our Patrician Village location. You will address maintenance requests within a 72-hour timeframe and coordinate inspections with the Customer Care Team. A robust mechanical aptitude and desire to provide excellent customer service are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address maintenance requests promptly within 72 hours
• Perform on-call emergency repairs as needed
• Conduct vacant suite maintenance and quality checks




• Maintain common areas to a high standard
• Assist with snow removal and other tasks as required

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance service experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Experience in renovations is an asset
