In this role, you will provide child-minding services and collaborate with the Childcare Lead to create a safe, consistent environment. You'll organize structured activities that enhance emotional regulation and interpersonal skills while mentoring residents in their journey toward independence. Your involvement will help families maintain routines and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a secure and structured environment for children and youth
• Organize skill-building and recreational activities
• Provide mentorship and direct support to youth




• Document daily activities and incidents accurately
• Work with teams on individualized family strategies

Requirements:
• Relevant degree such as Child and Youth Worker
• 2-3 years of practical experience desired
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Awareness of issues affecting vulnerable groups
• Commitment to ethical care and confidentiality
