In your role as Parts Advisor, you will primarily assist customers at the parts counter, handle incoming calls, and effectively manage inventory processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Process parts orders and questions via incoming calls
• Assist at the parts counter for customer inquiries




• Identify and fulfill necessary parts for orders
• Ship orders and handle incoming parts deliveries
• Review TrinDocs for inventory and billing needs

Requirements:
• High school completion or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of material handling parts is an asset
• Proficient in MS Excel and handling multiple tasks
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs
