Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial contact for clients and families
• Collect, triage, and evaluate risk efficiently




• Develop solid alliances with various referral sources
• Collaborate with primary health care and community agencies
• Assist in crisis intervention as needed

Requirements:
• 4-5 years’ experience in mental health and addictions
• Master’s degree in a relevant health discipline
• Active membership in a regulatory body
• Knowledge of intake processes and services
• Sensitivity to culturally diverse populations
