In this full time, permanent role, you'll spearhead the Regulatory Affairs & Compliance function. We're looking for a proactive leader to manage risk and compliance strategies, aligning regulatory requirements with business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping decisions regarding product commercialization and guiding cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Regulatory Affairs & Compliance function
• Develop strategies for regulatory compliance and risk management
• Influence decisions with senior leadership and stakeholders




• Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and agencies
• Drive regulatory aspects for product launches and market access

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Animal Science or related fields
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in regulatory affairs
• Strong knowledge of AAFCO and U.S. pet food regulations
• Experience with regulatory agencies and inspections required
• Proven cross-functional leadership and communication skills
