Full-Time Early Childhood Educator (NOC 42202) We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care and education while supporting children's growth, development, and well-being in a secure and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs and activities based on children's interests, strengths, and needs.
Observe, document, and assess children's development to support individual learning goals and program planning.
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and creative development.
Collaborate with families to share information about children's progress and support their learning and development.
Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care and education.
Support children in developing self-help, social, emotional, and self-regulation skills.
Maintain positive relationships with children,



families, staff, and community partners.
Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, licensing requirements, health and safety standards, confidentiality policies, and child protection procedures.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing learning initiatives.
Assist with daily routines, including meals, outdoor play, rest periods, and transitions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Early Childhood Educator Level 1, 2, or 3 Certification
Experience working with young children in a childcare setting
Current First Aid and CPR Certification
Doctor's Note confirming fitness to work with children
Current TB Test
Copy of Immunization Record
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Passion for early learning and child development
Wage depends on Childcare Level
Range $22.63 to $33.82 (Nlaye Enhancement after 1 year)
