Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or similar
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in CI or EHS
• Certified Lean Six Sigma preferred
• Proficiency in Ontario OHSA regulations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
