Job Description Conduct feasibilitystudies and site inspections.
Prepare and implementproject plans.
Project research andbudgeting.
Review governmentregulations and orders. Monitor and optimize safety,manufacturing, and regulatory compliance processes.
Make recommendationsor present alternative solutions to problems.
Confidentlycommunicate with customers and other professionalcontractors.
Manage, design,develop, create and maintain small and large constructionprojects safely, in a timely manner, and sustainably
Perform site surveyand data analysis.
Requirements Bachelor's degreein Civil Engineering or a related field, accredited by theInstitute of Civil Engineers.
Registration/licensing as aprofessional engineer may be required.
You may need aminimum of 5 years of industry knowledge.
Familiarity withdesign software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, andMicroStation.
Knowledge of mappingsoftware and photographic software. Robust analytical andcritical thinking skills, with a high degree of accuracy incalculation and design.
Excellent timemanagement skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Leadership skills toeffectively manage a diverse team of professionals working on aproject.
Ability to coordinatemultiple projects at the same time.
