Assuring that teamscollaborate to deliver high-quality work ontime.
Constructionprocesses must be monitored, and training and teambuilding exercises must beprovided.
Ensuring that allhealth and safety regulations are followed at alltimes.
Inspection ofequipment, materials, and routine siteinspections
Setting up regularmeetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, andemployees.
Reports, budgets, andproject plans must be written and presented to relevantstakeholders.
Collaboration witharchitects and other professionals.
Keeping up withsafety codes and constructionadvancements.
Assisting with thehiring and training of current employees.
Processing paperworkand traveling to various locations as needed.
Requirements
A high schooldiploma or equivalent isrequired.
Bachelor's degreepreferred in construction, business, management, orengineering.
Construction industryexperience is required.
Experience in aleadership position is preferred.
A currentdriver's license.
Excellent oral andwritten communication skills.
The ability toconcentrate and remain calm underpressure.
Capability to managemultiple projects.
