As part of the Operations team, you will oversee building maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical troubleshooting. Your role will involve assisting with projects and ensuring that all work adheres to health and safety regulations, as well as building codes to promote a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Building Maintenance Supervisor on projects
• Conduct plumbing and carpentry maintenance in facilities
• Assist in installing new equipment and renovations




• Oversee water and sewage treatment system operations
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of maintenance service experience
• Knowledgeable in plumbing, heating, and electrical systems
• Solid team-oriented interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
